Jon Elswick is the Lead Pastor/Planter of Crossway Church. He has worked in full-time ministry for over ten years in South Florida and earned a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary.  Jon has been married seven years to his beautiful wife Melissa and they are currently in the process of adopting a baby boy from Taiwan. Jon and Melissa love South Florida and are excited to see how God transforms the people and cities in the area through Crossway Church.

Jimmy Purchase is the Worship Pastor of Crossway Church. He has been playing music for over 12 years and by God’s grace has been working in ministry for over six years. Jimmy and Erin were married on December 2008 and have been enjoying life together ever since.  Jimmy and Erin are native South Floridians who want to see our community changed by the Gospel.
